​Deflection Compensation Worktable-DZDY

By avoiding machine deflection, the Hunsone & DZDY creates precise parts, consistently parallel with every run.​

There are many factors that affect the bending accuracy, including the uneven thickness and mechanical properties of the sheet, the rolling direction, the accuracy of the bending machine and the punch & die, and the rigidity of the bending machine, which will affect the angle error (as shown in Figure 1) and the straightness error (as shown in Figure 2) of the workpiece.

When the bending machine is working, the slider and the worktable stand will produce deflection deformation (as shown in Figure 3). When the workpiece is bent, the depth of the upper die entering the lower die will be inconsistent over the entire length. This will eventually affect the bending accuracy. In order to reduce or eliminate the impact of adverse factors and improve the accuracy of the workpiece, the bending machine must be compensated for deflection. Configuring a high-precision convex worktable (as shown in Figure 4) is the most economical and effective option.
