The structure of the machine is three-roll symmetrical, the upper roller in the middle of the two lower rollers symmetrical position for vertical lifting movement, through the screw worm drive to obtain the upper roller for lifting movement, through the reducer output gear meshing with the lower roller gear to obtain the two lower rollers for mutual rotation movement, to provide torque for the rolling plate.

The machine is a whole structure, the working part and the central driving part are installed on a rigid welding base, which facilitates the installation and debugging of the machine.

The Working Unit of Plate Rolling Machine

Upper Roll Universal Plate Rolling Machine

This machine drove by hydraulic to the sheet plate into rolls. The upper roller can be shifted in the direction of horizontally and vertically. Lower Rollers And Horizontal Shift Equipment

The lower rollers consist of lower rollers, lower rollers bearing seats, lower roller input gears, lower roller sliding bearings, etc. The horizontal shift equipment is driven by the horizontal shifting motor, via the worm reducer. Worm wheel and worm bar also ball screws realize the function of symmetry rolling. The lower main motor supplies the power to the lower rollers via the main transmission gear, lower roller input gear, and open-type transmission shaft. The horizontal shaft equipment consists of a horizontal shifting motor, worm gear traducer, worm gear worm bar, etc. The material is 45#, and the heat treat hardness is HB260-300, HRC45.

Supporting Roller Equipment

Consist of ball screw reducer construction. The supporting roller can be adjusted up and down according to the amount of the loading force.

Main Transmission Equipment

Consists of a main motor, V-belts, gear reducer, electro-hydraulic braking, etc.

Unloading Equipment

The equipment consists of a sliding seat and an unloading cylinder, and this is to unload the working pieces.

Fixed Unlined-side Frame Bottom Frame

Top Roller And Driving Device Of Plate Rolling Machine

The top roller device is composed of a top roller, hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and bearing. The top roller passes the torque by connecting the hydraulic motor and the top roller makes rotation movement. The hydraulic drop end is installed with a protective steel bushing.

Lower Roller And Position Inspection Device

The lower roller device is composed of a lower roller, an oil cylinder, the bearing of the lower roller, self-aligning bearing. The two sides of the sliding bearing block (which supports the lower roller) coordinate with a frame guide rail. The underside is fixed on the two oil cylinder, hydraulic system offer power for the up-down movement of the lower roller. The rated pressure for the main oil cylinder is 16Mpa. The up-down distance is inspected by a sensor installed on the lower roller and frame and displayed by LCD. Because the pressure of the hydraulic system can be adjusted freely, it can get needed hydraulic power easily according to the needed rolling power.

Side Roller Device

The side roller device is composed of the main oil cylinder of the side roller, self-aligning bearing, and bearing. The bearing block support the side roller and the two side of the bearing block coordinate with the frame guide rail. Side roller drives side roller bearing block makes up-down movement through four oil cylinders which are installed in the inside of two frames. The up-down distance of two side rollers is inspected by a sensor installed on the side roller and frame and displayed by LCD.

To roll cone shape, we use self-aligning bearing for both the side roller and lower roller, When the lower roller keep level and when the horizontal line becomes a slope line, the lower roller, and side rollers can close tightly through fine adjusting; there is a degree of inclination between a horizontal line and lower roller & side roller.

Hydraulic Drop End

The hydraulic drop end device is composed of an oil cylinder, oil cylinder joint, bearing block, oil cylinder bearing, etc. The hydraulic drop-end device makes it easy to take out the product along the Roller shaft. When the hydraulic drop finishes closing or opening, the stroke of the oil cylinder is zero. The power comes from a hydraulic station.

Balance Device

The balance device adopts a compact structure, when the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller and makes a tipping movement, this end of the top roller will drop due to gravity. To make the top roller keep level, the balance device is installed on the fixed side (out of the fixed side frame, namely there is a distance between the fixed frame and balance device) and meanwhile, it is fixed on the frame by screws.
